What we collect
When you call, we (through our call-tracking provider) receive your phone number, the time and length of the call, and a call recording where permitted. When you use the form, we receive what you type: name, phone, location and message. Our hosting provider may log basic technical data (IP address, browser) for security.
How we use it
To connect you with one independent local contractor who can help with your request, to confirm that referrals are working, and to improve the site.
Who we share it with
The contractor your request is routed to, and service providers that help run the site (hosting, form handling, call tracking). We don't sell your information to data brokers.
Your choices
Ask us to delete your information by using the form and writing "delete my data".
Florence SC Tree Removal is a referral service and does not perform the work itself.
